  • What days do you operate?
    We are all about work/life balance and living in this beautiful region makes it all possible! We operate between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. If you require a Detail outside of these hours, please get in touch via our enquiries form on the Book Now tab and we will see if we can make it work!
  • What will you need for my car to be Detailed?
    All we need is an access to an outdoor tap and powerpoint to operate our detailing equipment, within 30m of where vehicle will be detailed. If your Service includes an Exterior Detail, we will also need access to a shady spot for the vehicle to be washed and protected. During the booking process you will be asked if access to shade is available, and if not, we will arrange a workshop service with you.
  • Do I need to do anything to my car before the Detail?
    Prior to our arrival, we ask that you remove large items and valuables from vehicle prior to our arrival. All of our Interior Detailing Services include the removal of rubbish.
  • How long with my Service take?
    Depending on the Service selected, a Detail can take anywhere from 3 - 6 hours. Approximate times are given on the bookings page and after inspection of the vehicle we will give a more accurate time.
  • How do I make a booking?
    Book online via the BOOK NOW button in under 2 minutes. Not ready to book yet? Send us an Enquiry via our Contact Form and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    We send automatic booking confirmations via text 3 days prior to your booked Service, providing you with an opportunity to confirm or reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must inform us within 24 hours of booking or a possible cancellation fee will be applied at your next booking. We appreciate your understanding with this.
  • What Payment Types do you accept?
    We accept cash and card payments, with payment required on completion of service.
  • Can you Service my Fleet of Vehicles?
    We sure can! Our Fleet plans are a great option for local businesses as we come to your office or work site, reducing time your staff are without their vehicle. As the saying goes, first impressions last! Have your Fleet maintained by us on a regular basis and receive plenty of rewards! Contact us for a personalised quotation for your business!
  • Do you offer Paint Protection/Ceramic Coating?
    This is not a service offered by us at the moment. We specialise in CLEAN!
  • What Areas do you Service?
    We Service the Snowy Monaro Region with our Online Bookings system set to recommend days our Technician is in your area. For cost reasons, if your location is over 15km from Jindabyne Town Centre, a travel fee will be added at booking.
