We recommend you read our Terms and Conditions prior to booking a Service with Renew Detailing. By making a booking and paying a deposit this represents your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • We understand that sometimes adjustments to your appointments are necessary and we request as a courtesy you provide notice of at least 48 hours (2 days) for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

    We are happy to provide a full refund of deposit paid if 48 hours notice is given prior to the start time of your booking.

    Unfortunately, if less than 48 hours is notice is provided before your booking time, we are unable to issue a refund for the deposit.

    This policy ensures fairness and allows us to mange our resources effectively.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    If staffing or weather requires that Renew Detailing cancels your booking, you will receive a 100% refund on deposit paid.

  • Please ensure your vehicle is ready for work to begin at the allocated time of your appointment - including removing all personal items, seat covers, child car seats and valuables.

    Late arrivals may result in your service being rescheduled.

    Advertised time required for bookings are an estimates only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the detail depending on the condition of the vehicle. We will make every attempt to start and complete within the time scheduled, however we allow a 30 minutes grace window.

    We will notify you when the detail is completed and ready for collection.

    If you require your vehicle’s detail to be completed by a certain time, please make this known with 48 hours notice prior to booking commencement to ensure we have scheduled accordingly.

  • To ensure your personal belongings are kept safe, please ensure all valuables are removed and taken with you prior to leaving your vehicle for detailing.

  • If you would like Renew Detailing to clean the seats underneath your car seat covers, please ensure these are removed prior to booking commencement.

    If seat covers remain on seats at the beginning of a detail, we will leave them fitted to the seats and will work around them.

    If you would like us to remove them, please let this be known at the time of making your booking so we can ensure adequate time is allocated and price quoted for additional time.

  • We take the safety of your children seriously and will not reinstall child seats or restraints on completion of detailing. We are happy to remove them for you to work around and upon completion, we will leave them in the boot area of your vehicle for you to reinstall.

    We also offer Child Car Seat Steam Cleaning as an Add On service available when booking.

  • You authorise Renew Detailing to operate your vehicle for the sole purpose of relocating between wash bay, show room floor and our onsite car park. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting in the moving of your vehicle and the utmost care will be taken.

  • Renew Detailing has a thorough pre start inspection process including recording the exterior and interior of your vehicle in video footage to ensure the pre-start condition is documented. When vehicles are particularly dirty, it can be difficult to spot pre-existing damage during the pre start inspection. Should Renew Detailing identify pre-existing damage we will make you aware of this, however we will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing imperfections if the service booked does not include it. We will not be held responsible should we find imperfections after commencing work.

    Please let us know if there are particular areas of the vehicle that you are aware require extra care.

  • Our priority is for all customers to be completely satisfied with our workmanship and service provided. Our quality control processes provide you with recommendations on additional services / protections that may benefit your vehicle and care recommendations.

    While we aim for excellence, it is not possible to guarantee our services will completely restore your vehicle to new condition. We will conduct a final inspection with you at the end of the job. Renew Detailing request that any quality concerns be raised with us within 24 hours of booking completion.

    We will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with us.

  • Renew Detailing will carry out a pre-inspection consultation with you or in report format prior to beginning work. We will provide you with a final quote and estimated time before we begin work and this final quotation must be accepted before work can begin.

    We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone or online booking cost or time estimate after we have visually inspected your vehicle.

    In the event that after commencing work it is discovered that the job requires an amendment to the quoted price / extra time to complete in order to achieve the desired quality outcome, we will contact you prior to making any adjustments to the final cost quotation for permission to proceed and discuss the amended cost / time details. If you choose not to proceed with the amended quotation, we will complete the work to the best of our abilities within the accepted quote amount.

    To secure your booking with Renew Detailing, a 50% deposit is required with full remaining balance due on completion of work prior to removing vehicle from our facilities.

    Payment is accepted in cash, EFT or credit card with 2% surcharge. We use secure payment facilities processed through Stripe.

  • Renew Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
