  • We offer three levels of detailing packages which can be viewed in our “Services” tab.

    If you have a special request, please contact us as we are flexible with adjusting the Scope of Works to suit your needs/budget on an individual basis. Please contact us if you have a special request.

  • Our Workshop Facilities provide the perfect conditions with lighting and shade to carry out detailing services however at certain times we can travel to your property / workplace if you are unable to bring your vehicle to us.

    Please contact us and we will discuss whether this is possible and any relevant travel fees.

  • The exact duration of a services varies on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. We do our best to estimate the time required during the prestart inspection and will keep you informed throughout the booking if we require extra time.

    In general, services can take anywhere between one hour to a full day.

  • This will vary depending on how often you use your car, where your car is parked and who uses your car! Families living down dirt roads around Jindabyne who like their car kept clean may like their car detailed fortnightly, others may only need it detailed quarterly. We generally recommend detailing your car every 4 – 6 months to keep it in optimal condition.

  • Yes! Our “The Premium One” and “Pre Sale” detailing services include removal of a small amount of pet hair as well as steam cleaning, upholstery treatment and extraction. If the pet hair is extreme, we may require extra time and therefore an extra charge. We will notify you during the pre start inspection if this is required.

    If there are heavy odours, we can talk to you about realistic expectations but our steam cleaning and extraction services have great success in removing odours, including pet hair and smoke.

This will take you to a simple booking page where you can enter specific information about your detail, see our add-on options and view our availability schedule.

    Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your enquiry. We recommend you book online if you’d like to secure a time / day immediately.

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and this can be paid on the final step of your online booking - payable via Secure Checkout with Stripe.

    The final balance due on completion after you’ve inspected our work.

    We accept payment via cash, EFT or credit card (with a 2% surcharge applicable for Visa/Mastercard).

    Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX.
